The Stem Cells Transplant Institute in Costa Rica offers government-approved stem cell therapies for patients seeking alternative treatment options.

Our physicians are board-certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and are members of the International Society for Stem Cell Application.

Please complete and submit the online application. If you are unable to do so, contact our office at +1 305 506 6405 (U.S.) or +506 2208 8618 (Costa Rica) to request a Microsoft Word version by email.

Fees for services start at:
  • $12,500 USD for adult mesenchymal stem cells cultured and expanded from human umbilical cord tissue
  • $29,700 USD for APT for neurodegenerative conditions
The fees include:

Food, Transportation and Hotel Accommodations are not included.

Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement

Stem Cells Transplant Institute is committed to providing exceptional care. When an appointment is canceled, it limits our ability to offer that time to another patient in need.

Due to agreements with our service providers, confirmed reservations cannot be canceled, as this allows us to maintain competitive pricing. Therefore, scheduled appointments and services are non-cancelable.

In the event of an emergency, a letter from a board-certified physician stating that you are unable to travel due to a medical condition must be submitted. Any additional pre-booked services may be forfeited. While we will make every effort to coordinate with our providers to reschedule or obtain refunds, adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

Once the physician’s letter has been received, reviewed, and approved, treatment must be rescheduled within two months.

If no prior notice is given, the full deposit will be forfeited.
