Esta foto la tom\u00e9 hace tres meses.<br\/>De verdad creo que el labrum de la cadera est\u00e1 mejor. Ya no cojeo y apenas tengo dolor. He desarrollado bursitis en ambas caderas y tengo rigidez articular generalizada en las caderas y en la mano y mu\u00f1eca derechas, que disminuye con el movimiento. Todav\u00eda me faltan unos 30 grados de pronaci\u00f3n del antebrazo y sigo mejorando haciendo el pino y yoga a diario.<br\/>Estuve en vuestro precioso pa\u00eds para coorganizar un retiro para mujeres en marzo y llegu\u00e9 a casa justo antes de que estallara la pandemia. \u00a1Casi desear\u00eda haberme quedado atrapada en Costa Rica!     <br\/>Espero que los dos est\u00e9is bien. A la gente le encanta escuchar mis historias sobre los m\u00e9dicos tan amables, comprensivos y cercanos que me atendieron en Costa Rica el verano pasado.
